To send a 60-year-old woman away after waiting for three weeks with unbearable tooth ache because she “struggles with the language and there’s a language barrier” and then offer her to come back in another two weeks time with a translator is behaviour that should be deemed disgusting and discriminatory.
My mum understands and speaks English well, at an intermediate level, all she would’ve needed was patience; in ears and in heart, something that this place clearly lacks. But open your wallet and watch their eyes sparkle.
This behaviour is completely mismatched by the cultural diversity found in Woolwich and a behaviour that should be punished with harsh consequences.
I hope that whoever reads this is convinced to COMPLETELY AVOID this place at all cost and to spend their money in a place where their treatment will at least, AT LEAST (I can’t emphasise this enough) be humane and respectable, especially to the elderly.
A shame of a place.

Attended last year in dreadfful pain with Dental absence. Given very speedy appointment even thougbh not registered patient. Very kind and efficient practitioner who dealt with the problem with expertise. Offered sympathy antiobiotics and very clear exposition of treatment options. Problem resolved in hours.
