Roger Levy's Dental Surgery

After a diligent search for my dental record because I haven't attended for a while, I was humbly and treated with courtesy. The telephone manners was impeccable. I can not wait to receive my treatment!

I was told I can pay £50.50 for NHS 2nd band treatment, so paid £20 in my initial consultation. Then when I missed my second appointment due to an accident at work, I was told I could not book again for a month. I have never heard of this rule before at any other NHS practice.

When I was finally allowed to go back, I was told I now have to pay the full £50.50 again as it had been too long and my initial £20 was no longer considered.

This is very obviously a scam they are purposefully imposing in order to rip-off customers.

Dr Levi is an excellent dentist whom I have been seeing along with my two boys for the last 11 or so years. We have had first class treatment at all times and all of our teeth are in fantastic form, I wish I could say as much for my GP. He is a true professional yet very humble in manner I have not been anywhere else I have not needed to and thankfully as I have settled in the area hopefully will never need to.

Roger Levy is a great dentist who I have been going to for years. Very pleasant, thorough and always makes sure your teeth have the right treatment done. He has a genuine concern for your teeth and you as a patient. My teeth usually look fantastic after I have seen him. I have been to other dentists since (as I left the area) and they do not compare at all.
