I would recommend them and I would hire their service again. They did a good job with my central heating system. I did annual maintenance. Good.

Contacted them regarding a broken down boiler. Raphael(the owner) failed to turn up and didnt bother to call to explain. When I called him to enquire, he blamed “bad traffic”. I should have called someone else really, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Eventually came and we agreed on a price. Half installed the boiler then went off to do another job, left the place as a mess and wanted £100 to repair the plaster he had damaged. Multiple times was late/did not turn up. He was very unprofessional and swore in Spanish when we asked him to clean up the mess he had left. Avoid please. If I could, I would give zero stars

Something has changed regarding Thames Plumbers - pre 2016 the reviews were excellent since then they are appalling - sadly this is my experience. Firstly despite promising to do so they failed to provide a quotation / estimate for the work and then when the bill arrived it was excessive. The workforce was unreliable, never turning up when they said they would and never communicating that they would not be attending when they said they would. Finally in rectifying my issue they created another necessitating my having to find another tradesman to correct their work.

Called them on Monday to find a leak, which they duly noted was from the toilet. They said it would take around 1-2 days to fix because they had to order parts. By Friday morning, it still wasn’t clear whether they would attend on the day. So I cancelled and called someone else, who fixed within 3 hours! After accepting a job, you cant leave people hanging in the air like that. Flushing the toilet for one week with a bucket of water is unacceptable. If the plumber has too many jobs scheduled, they shouldn’t accept any others.

I needed to take out an old boiler & water tank and called Thames Plumbers. Rafael was brilliant. He came promptly, provided the quote and did it all within 10 days. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

This is a review for Thames Plumbers thamesplumbers.com Just had an aggressive manager demand payment for a 'unblocking' of a sink that had mysteriously blocked with age old waste in the previous 24hrs (I'd stupidly paid the last time). Not only that but the work done has added further problems to the u-bend (which was fine before this all started) so I'm left with a expensive wooden floor that the plumber flooded twice and pipework that I will need to fix myself. I don't write bad reviews I like to think there is another side to the story - but its just not true in this case!

I was suffering from very serious problem since two months and it was my boiler, try several places to fix it and paid a big amount but could not get any results.
Then one of my friends told me about ThamesPlumbers Ltd. as a last attempt I called them, they fix my boiler and charge me only 65 quids.

Was recommended to me by a friend, Rafael came to my house at my convenience, and listened to what I needed doing and how I wanted to do it, unlike the others I got quotes from. Work completed well within set timescale. Work quality was excellent and explained fully. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
