It's hard not to say anything offensive about Bestway, however, as this is against the guideline I will do my best.
My suggestion to new customers is this, if you are not spending more than £500 on your orders, don't bother. Bestway's management will be uninterested in you and will happily ignore you until you leave them in peace out of share frustration. The average worker there will not understand concepts as customer service or logic.
Please don't use them, this will only encourage them.
