I have been a regular customer.
Prices gone very very high almost everything.
Parking a big problem.
Very very poor customer service.
Poor Quality /Not good like before anymore

Better shop some where else

There are now one-hour parking restrictions in VB North Harrow car park.
No huge signage, you just get a PCN in the post.
Rang to ask when this was introduced, their staff said its always been there. I've certainly never seen it !
So after spending £150/- of over-priced goods and £100/- parking fine.
Bye bye to VB, their overpriced goods, rude staff and having to queue up to pay at their undermanned tills. VB can go to hell !

The VB & Sons staff are very, very rude. The quality of the VB & Sons products are garbage as well. Generally they stock very old items and bad quality which will go bad very quickly.

One particular bad experience we had was regarding some VB & Sons snacks we bought. After opening the box it became evident the snacks were smelling and obvious had gone off or were simply poor quality. We decided to go back to VB & Sons to try to get a refund or even just exchange the product at point we were basically harassed with staff claiming no one had ever complained about this product before. They caused an embarrassing scene with many onlookers, at which point we decided to leave the shop and not to shop there ever again.

The staff are generally quite rude even for little things like asking where particular items are and would not recommend anyone shopping there. They need to learn some manners and learn how to speak to people, even more so if they are paying customers! Would suggest going to some competitors in Rayners Lane and/or Kingsbury with cheaper, better quality goods with staff who are friendly!

Having done a large shop at VB and Sons (Pinner) for the first time in January 2019, we were overcharged by £33-08 by inclusion of two items (2x10l of KTC vegetable oil) in our check out. Subsequently we went on holiday, only to realise that this had happened in early April 2019. We called VB to explain only to get a very rude and unapologetic response to our telephone inquiry. There was no offer of any credit for a future purchase or even an apology. We have been regular VB shoppers for many years but their attitude on the phone was so applauding and accusatory that we have decided not to shop at VB in the future. We would advise all big shoppers at VB to check their receipts to ensure that they are not charged for items not purchased.

Although there is parking it is not managed when deliveries are being made causing a lot of traffic and customers getting stuck for too long. Staff disappear and do not help.
Good selection of products and generally reasonably priced but shop floor staff could be more friendly and tills too slow. They do not open enough tills despite long queues.

The car parking facilities are very poor.
Today, in heavy rain I tried to park for about 30mins, in the end I gave up and left:(

Very good choice of products.

The Asian supermarket which caters most of the food and drink has ease of parking and the staff are friendly. They sell fruits and vegetables which are of good quality, plus all the frozen stuff are there.
