Service seems all good, but the quality os very poor. Bought an ink refill service, cartridge lasted approx 20 pages.
On a later date bought a HP 301 cartridge for full price. Shop assisstant stated cartridge was genuine HP make. went home, opened packaging and seemed bizzare, the cardboard looked suspecious. Anayway installed cartridge and printed a few documents which was fine. A month later, cartridge did not print, tested it many time and it was useless.
A complete waste of money.
