I have been coming to this doctors for over 40 years , I have always had a fabulous service, Ann one of the receptionist, is the most helpful person, she is always so happy and helpful, the doctors also are helpful, after losing my daughter, I have found them helpful and compassionate

Hard to get an appointment.
They make you feel like you are wasting their time.
They don't sort your health issues out.
They take long time to answer the phone.
Some very rude staff including doctors working here.

I highly recommended this surgery.Good environment, Dr. and Nurse are very friendly. Great customer service. I always love to talk to Pushpa Devi,she has good communication skills and she shows her willingness to provide customer with a quality service. Thanks to all the members of staff for your team work.

Tooting surgery, absolutely useless, they never answer the phone, you can never get a next day appt, their always losing things ie referral letters, & messing up prescriptions, i ended up sorting the problem out myself

I have been a pt. in this surgery for a long time. The receptionist are always very friendly & welcoming. Calling me by my first name & making me feel I am not just a number. I have seen quite a few changes in that I don't always see the same doctor but none the less I have no problems with the treatment I receive. The building is totally unsuitable but I believe in spite of this it offers a very good service

On all over service they are good, the two receptionist and the lady called Barbara and the doctors are the most down to earth and nice people ever. But there is another old women there (reception area sometimes) the most rude I ever seen. Other than that I like the place

- Not the politest of staff, need to improve attitude
- Surgery is in dire need of refurbishment, is still stuck in the '70s.
- Closed at most of the convenient times for the public.
- Seem to want to production line patients rather than care about their needs.
- All the good doctors like Dr Franklyn leave and the doctors you don't want to see stay!
- Short prescriptions provided requiring more frequent visits.
- Cannot recommend this surgery at all.

The surgery being next to St George's hospital, I was sent all the way to St Helier hospital for an ECG because that was the hospital they are affiliated with, although I live 5 mins from St George's. When it was time to recieve my results, everytime I called their system was down, this went on for 5 weeks!! Their service is not efficient, you cannot get through to book an appointment. This whole GP needs new management because the service is really poor and needs a new system in place.

The staff are rude and inefficient, particularly the receptionists.
I have waited for weeks for a prescription to come through.
This place is slow, unfriendly, poorly run and extremely unsupportive.
Some of the doctors are excellent, though some are quite hostile on occasion.
Generally I think that retraining would be a good idea for the administration staff and a generally better atmosphere might make the doctors a little more pleasant.

This is an efficient surgery, the people are really friendly, always willing to help, and prescriptions are always done on time.
