Phoenix Blend

Great find for an inexpensive cooked breakfast.
£4.95 for a large (really large!) cup of tea, 2 slices of toast and a cooked (to order) breakfast consisting of 2 rashers of bacon (decent), 3 sausages (small, but acceptable quality), egg (choice of fried or scrambled - I had the latter, was good), baked beans (decent, looked and tasted like Heinz), tomato and mushrooms.
Interior is nice, service polite, friendly and efficient without feeling rushed. I went at 7.30am and was the only customer.
There's free wifi which I didn't use so can't comment on the quality.
