Genesis Mind and Body

Genesis is a holistic wellness centre providing education and instruction on how to manage key aspects of an individual’s wellbeing. Our services address how to exercise well, how to eat well, how to relax well, and how to live and motivate ourselves well, depending on individual needs.

We have no membership fees, no joining fees and our sessions are on a pay as you go basis. Our clients range from individuals, small groups, whole families, mums and dads, to children and grandparents.

All this in a Fun, Personal, and Inspiring environment.
