This company is incredibly difficult to deal with, I have a 4 month old outstanding invoice, when I call they advise it will take them 2 weeks to investigate and get back to me.
They do not respond to emails.

This company was slow, forgetful and negligent, and they cost me money in penalities when they should have been saving me money. They neglected to send tax returns in on time, failed to perform promised tasks without three reminders, they even lost one tax return without informing me (I found out six years later when threatened with penalties from HMRC).
I had the impression that, although they were polite and knowledgeable when I was in their office, the moment I left they forgot all about me. If I called a week later to check on their progress, they they had no knowledge or memory of having met me. Amazing that they're still in business.
