Really impressed with Crystal Sigma for air conditioning services, they were very quick - supervised to respond to my call and make things possible approximately in the few hours. One of their engineers on arrival came in checked my AC and recognise problem straight away. Great assistance!

I ordered installation and removal of three A/C window units in my apartment. They was answering all of my questions leading up to the appointment (by email).

Due to Urgency we had to resort to contacting Crystal Sigma Ltd again. However, I am pleased to say I was happy with the service that was provided on this occasion. The engineer that attended this particular visit was very competent, and diagnosed the problem successfully within a reasonable amount of time.
I would use their services again, as they arranged for a engineer to attend promptly.

I called crystal sigma out to fix an air conditioning unit. The engineer arrived and did'nt have a clue what he was doing and was unable to fix the unit. I recieved an invoice for the time he spent on site (doing nothing).
I then called another company which found the problem in about 10mins fixed it and charged me less then what they did.
