One of the worst experiences I have ever had with this I’m a big fan of Thai massage ,i booked this place by seeing the google reviews,in which they had a very good rating but I think all the review are made by the spa owners ,as there was another guy who told me even he faced a bad experience.
I booked Thai oil massage 1 hour today(12.12.19)
They gave me a very horrible experience,
1.the therapist was very very ‘rude’ to me and didn’t bother at all what I wanted she just did what she did and just left. She was the rudest therapist I have ever met.
2.i booked for a Thai oil and the massage what I got was not even near to Thai massage ,I know that as I have been to plenty of Thai massages .
3.and she didn’t even complete the massage fully ,she just gave me a back massage and completely ignored the front. And it was for one hour and she finished it way before that as she did not give the massage on the front at all.
When I asked her she was so rude that s

Had a bad and superficial massage with hands just randomly touching the back without working any muscle, I attempted several times to explain that the neck was in pain and needed proper work, she constantly shifted from pouring a bit of oil, covering me with a towel, and weirdly squeezing in her elbow sideways my neck, nothing was done at all, no muscle massaged at all. I gave up trying to explain as she clearly didn't know what she was doing, so I politely stopped the massage and walked out the room. I had hundreds of Thai massages and know very well what to expect from one, this level is one of the lowest I experienced.

I attempted to explain it at the reception and here is where they took it personal instead of professional, one person sitting on the sofa jumped in the conversion pretty offended saying she didn't believe me because she knows her well, the other said just to pay and it's ok. The one who gave the massage was dismissively laughing and shaking her head. They m

It depends on who you get however the lady who I considered to be the best (Aileen) has gone to Thailand so I shall not be returning. Having been quite a few times there are therapists that try to talk throughout the whole massage which is counter objective when you go to unwind. Also nearly every time I've been there someone has come into the room to talk to the therapist mid massage or therapists not telling load customers to be quiet. These small things can ruin this kind of business as each customer counts.

Went there with sore neck, calves and shoulders and had the Thai deep tissue massage. The pressure was very firm but that is how i prefer it and i genuinely feel so much better. I am female and felt relaxed and safe.

Very reasonable price too. Only down side is the street noise which can not be avoided as it's on the high street. I will definitely be going back.

The staff were all friendly and professional.

Best Thai massage I have had. Friendly, v experienced staff. They have helped me a lot with injuries and posture. There is a range of strengths in massage given from light to strong. They are doing the place up as well to make it nicer.

I am a female and I have been coming for massage to this place for several years. The place started with very modest interior and is getting better and cosier nearly every time I visit. I have very good experience with the therapists. They are polite, attentive and gentle but very strong and fit. They usually speak just basic English but no talking is required as their hands speak for themselves. I have invited my friends and family members and some of them did, or are planning to, come back despite living on the other side of London.
