When in his shop his service and knowledge are outstanding. Not as responsive as some other British print dealers via email or snailmail. If he were, I'd give him a 10. Enjoy your shopping experience. He's personable, got a good selection, is knowledgeable and fairly priced. I've gone to his shop three times when in London from across the pond. Bought some great stuff.
