I've been to many Patisserie Valerie stores throughout London and this one is the worst in terms of customer service. I would suggest they work on this. I entered the store and waited by the door to be helped. I just wanted to purchase a cake. Neither one of the ladies acknowledged me. One of them walked by me 7 times without saying a word. Not even a simple "Hello, it will just be a moment." After a few minutes, I was finally able to get the attention of one of the ladies behind the counter who rudely said "I'm busy so you need to wait." I left with a poor impression, which is unfortuna

I had a very poor experience at this branch.
On entering, instead of being greeted and directed to a table, the waitress stood with her back to me talking to her friend.
I chose a table, and waited several minutes waiting to be served. The waitresses scurried around avoiding looking their customers in the eye (presumably so they wouldn't have to deal with them).
After several minutes, I went to the counter and tried to order there. I was directed to sit down and someone would take my order.
I sat down, waited several more minutes, trying to catch the attention of waitresses scurrying around with their eyes fixed on the floor.
General impressions: the staff were very dour and unfriendly. They didn't care. I looked around to see if anyone was having a better experience than me. Everyone looked grim-faced and irritated.
I got up and left after 25 minutes. during which time noone took my order or even looked me in the eye. Also, it didn't look as though anyone else was having any better an experience.
I looked on the Patisserie Valerie website to see if there was any customer support who I could contact about my experience. There was none. Patisserie Valerie obviously have no interest in whether customers have enjoyed their services and products.
My advice. Definitely avoid this particular branch. The fact that Patisserie Valerie don't offer customer support on their website would suggest that they have little interest in your experience as a customer. On that basis, I'd suggest avoiding the Patisserie Valerie chain altogether.
