I arrived at this branch at 15 minutes after they were supposed to open. Inside was a nonchalant young man, oblivious to my gentle knocking. In fact, upon noticing me he proceeded to work even slower stacking the shelves maintaining eye contact; blatantly in a malicious manner. I had a train to catch, and couldn’t afford to have a standoff with an egotistical little kid. Finally, 35 minutes after when they were supposed to open, the young man trudged over and opened the door. He hastily dealt with my order without acknowledging my presence. Now I understand no teenager, let alone anyone, wants to be working 6 in the morning and deal with customers who are in a rush, but the complete disregard and the further efforts to take longer with the sole purpose of frustrating me which it did. Lowest level of competence I’ve seen, and really makes me pity in which environment this young man thinks it’s okay to behave like that.

Short changed me by £5 and denied they had done so,was assured I would be contacted by closing time once they had cashed up but heard nothing.there are cameras which the server said would prove she didn’t under change me but didn’t even look at it. That was my second time going to this branch ,the first time the server was abrupt and dam rite rude. All in all the food wasn’t bad but the staff are a disgrace
