Open 7am - 4pm

So I arrive at 7am and the door is shut with the closed sign up. This is not an issue so I wait outside until they open at about ten past, as I walk into the shop I say "good morning" but nothing comes back. The shop assistant turn to me and barks " what do you want? I avent ad a chance to get anyfing out yet" I ask for a loaf of bread and am asked to choose from a trolley that I can hardly see in the back of the shop, I just say that I would like a loaf of bread and one is given to me.

I would not have bothered to write this but this has happened to me on more than one occasion. If you cant cant open at 7am why not change your opening time to 7.15 or even 7.30? At least that way you can be prepared and perhaps greet your paying customers with a warmer attitude. The bread was very good as always, just a shame about the staff issue.
