I actually like the atmosphere and service in this branch. I'm sure there are good reasons for the other reviewer to write what he/she said. But in my personal experience this branch has never been crowded (although there might be other reasons for that) and the staff have always been adequately helpful.

This is the most appallingly run business. it does a great shame to the RBS. My local branch is courteous and efficient, this one is staffed by rude, inefficient and lazy staff. They lose deposited money, then they are too lazy when it's pointed out to rectify the matter. They have owned me over £500 for three weeks as they didn't even know the cheque I deposited hadn't actually made it to my account. How does a bank balance their books at the end of the day if all the money isn't accounted for?
Shameful. No wonder the RBS is in the state it is. Worse still, we are bailing it out.
