Since 1 Feb 2010 I have been trying to close two dormant accounts. I have been to the branch five times so far and they have only managed to close one of the accounts. The same paperwork has had to be resent to the head office and two weeks later I am still waiting for a telephone call. I have little confidence that they will call and I expect I shall have to visit for a sixth time to follow this up.
