Today, 9th December 2021 at 4pm whilst using the cash machine outside this branch I was scammed and my NatWest debit card stolen. A member of staff, Denley (?), came out to ask if I was OK. I explained what had happened and he immediately took me inside to an office, connected me to NatWest on their office phone, also helped me cancel my debit card on my own mobile phone app and gave me advice to be suspicious of anyone nearby when using cash machines. He was brilliant, very professional and kind. Can’t thank him enough for keeping me calm and helping me like that. Well done Barclays Bank.

I am a customer of Barclays Swiss cottage for over two years, during this time I have seen many improvements.
This is a good friendly Bank, with staff that are always willing to help, waiting times are short to see someone senior.
If it was closer to my home I would of given it a 10 rating.
