A voice message was left for me to contact the branch regarding information I requested on their secure messaging system, in my account. I have tried to contact the branch on the number given but get placed into their automated menu system which eventually puts me to the call centre.
The bank needs to learn how to operate as other UK banks and provide a customer friendly support system.
Needless to say my query remains unanswered. They should respond to the secure message in my account on their website.

The branch will not answer the phone call.Call diverted to call centre with automated selection advising they have system issue. I can not get there app to work no customer support.
