Salon Des Artistes

Been living in islington for 25 years and have been using this barbers for 15 years. Had the odd bad haircut over the years but nothing serious. Polite courteous staff and haircuts are usually of a high standard.

I have had many Barbers in my life but thus one is the best for me because they are polite and respectful to me and all other customers that are there which includes parents with there families. They listen very well when i wish to have a certain style of haircut, and very skilled at cutting my hair, also the price is right. Even if they charged me more id pay.

I would not recommend this barber at all.
Firstly I ask them how much would it be to cut my hair and they said £8 then when they cut my hair they mess it up and they try to charge me £15 then they said £10.
All I paid was £8.50 out of kindliness. They were nice blokes but their haircutting skills are A-W-F-U-L!

Having lived, been educated and worked in Islington and surrounding areas all my life, I, like my peers and others, often find ourselves discussing the merits of various services (pubs apart!} and we all agree that Salon Des Artistes is polls apart from even the closest contenders when it comes down to it. Excellent haircut, excellent service and a bunch of really great blokes - sorry, forgot to mention the seperb cleanliness.
