Everything went fine with the store manager Simon when I placed my orders. He worked with me and sorted out what I needed for changing the whole bathroom.
Things started to go wrong after 2 weeks. Before the day of delivery, they called me saying their warehouse realized they had ordered the wrong toilet, so I had to wait another 4-5 days for them to order the correct one. When the items arrived eventually, after 3 days, we opened the box, found the vanity unit had a big crack on the side. It is a 'Duravit' and you know what qualify you expect after you paid such amount of money. When we called Colourwash, they said it's more than 48 hours after delivery, they won't take any responsibility for that. We wrote complain letters out to their head office and got the same response. We told ourselves it's just our luck. We will never deal with this company any more!
unfortunately the story does not end yet. Today, when the builder open the toilet seat box, he found it did not match the toilet! Which means they sent us the wrong toilet seat!!! For cry out loud, what kind of lousy service is it? Colourwash claims they provide high end brands and deliver high quality service, while they can't even give us a matching toilet seat!!
We are going to call them tomorrow and we will see if they will give us difficulty to change the seat!
We will NEVER go back when we do our next bathroom!
