Having visited many bathroom stores and websites, we came across Bathroom Heaven. At the Kings Cross branch we were impressed with the quality of the items on display. We were given excellent advice and service from David Forbes, who I would recommend anyone visiting should meet. Great service!!.

We found on the internet and ordered a small cloakroom sink (amelie) from the Kings Cross branch. Bathroom Heaven allowed us to collect this from their Watford store on a Saturday as it was a small item. It was ready on arrival. The sink is very compact, modern and a beautiful design.

I continue to work with the Kings Cross Branch of Bathroom Heaven in soucing all my bathrooms as they have been superb, in particular Howard. He has supported us throughout and ensured that even when suppliers sent incorrect items, he did everything to rectify the situation. I highly recommend them!

Improvments, lets start with staff training, staff actually understanding their products i.e over flow pipes to big for the bath sold, B/room furniture that actually matches each other, purchases arriving on time especially after being told there in the shop & ready to collect? promt refunds (HELL).

Great initially, then one disaster after another with broken deliveries, faulty replacements and terribe communication, totally agree with the other reviewer. DO NOT USE!!! Have been left with 2 expensive but terrible toilets that don't work properly. Avoid like the plague.

We can only find 2 complaints about us on online review sites in the last year (out of thousands of customers in that time), and both appear to have been written by you on 28 February 2011. On e-customersatisfaction you posted a similar flame under the name elliewj. It is easy to write flames on review sites, anonymously, with little detail as to the alleged problems and without any verification. Since your post on the other website was more detailed in its allegations I have copied the reply posted on that site here again for your information:-

You posted here on 28 February, but unfortunately we did not receive any notification of it. We have discovered it recently, and I would now like to respond.
For Bathroom Heaven our good name and reputation is our lifeblood. We pride ourselves on offering quality products and quality customer service, and of our hundreds of customers every month many are referrals. We receive many positive comments; however we are not perfect and occasionally we do get it wrong. When we do we try very hard to resolve the issue with the customer, and usually do so to their satisfaction.
In your case you seem you have been extremely unlucky. If your post is genuine you have had 4 problems in your order that we could not resolve to your satisfaction, and you have given us the worst possible rating out of the 10 ratings you could have given. I do not know who you are and would be grateful if you could post your order number here so that I can investigate fully why we apparently failed so badly with your order. In the meantime, I shall respond to each of the 4 points you raise as best I can with the information I have below.
1. Ysabel toilet arrived broken – bathroom products are very fragile, and for that reason we deliver goods ourselves wherever possible. We get a lot of very favourable feedback about how helpful and courteous our drivers are, and they very rarely break anything. Where we cannot deliver ourselves (for example if something is urgent or outside our delivery area) we use a pallet carrier. The service is then out of our hands, but I must say the carrier we currently use is generally very good. Breakages are very expensive for us and upsetting for the customer, and it would be madness for us to allow broken goods to be delivered regularly. That said, from time to time it will happen and in such cases provided the damage is reported in a reasonable period we will send a no-quibble replacement as quickly as possible.
2. Shower arm arrived broken – our shower arms are made of solid brass, and I have never heard of one being broken in transit. I am mystified by this claim; however if true I am glad to know that we sent a replacement, as we should for any item that is not delivered in perfect condition.
3. About your shower valve, you raise a number of issues, so I shall address them in turn:-

Very helpful before purchase but then like getting blood from a stone. Never rings back when promised had to be chased up for every step
