My experience has unfortunately been poor. Tried for 2.5 weeks to book an appointment on a voucher deal without success. I’ve continually had to chase and haven’t found Planet of Joy coherent, helpful or accommodating. Eg. I said I can only make Fri or Sat, so why when I ring them do they keep offering appointments on other days of the week?! Yes the voucher is expiring and they are busy as a result but their attitude seems to be 'tough'. I can only comment on the booking process and attitude of one staff member not the treatments/facilities but my experience has been bitterly disappointing.

The cleanest place I ever seen. Skilled and knowledgeable staff. Very warm therapists! I had a Massage treatment with them once.

I really like Planet of joy. I had a great time there! Very nice and helpful staff, fantastic atmosphere. I'm sure I'll come back there soon! After the visit you can feel like a new man. I really recommend this place! It's worth visiting.
