Had a very bad experience here - did not ask for the shape of the brow I wanted when I went in to have my eyebrows threaded. It would be nice to ask the customer prior to starting the eyebrows. In a customer based job role it is imperative to make sure that the customer is the main priority and is satisfied, if that is not fulfilled then the business is not successful.
