I can't agree more with the customer service points above. Worst experience in over 20 years of beauty treatments.
I really don't know how they're still in business.
I was kept waiting 30 minutes, then had an average massage from the most abrupt 'therapist'. Couldn't wait to leave.
Would have walked out when kept waiting had it not been for the fact that the treatment was a present.

It's a shame that they cannot buy a good quality wax as the technician was very friendly, which is more than I can say for the reception staff who were unprofessional. I told the technician my skin was sensitive and I only ever used hot wax for this reason. Whenever I use hot wax with my normal salon it removes every hair easily and pain free- this lady was tugging, waxing the same area over and over and so much hair was left over. You should spend more money on your wax especially considering the high price I paid for unnecessary pain. I would never recommend this place- an awful experience.

Great venue, very close to my office & I even managed to get a same day appt. However, I arrived over 15 mins late but was still seen straighaway. Biggest revalation was Julia my beautician, the best waxer ever. She was polite, kind, gentle, curteous, knowledgable, very professional and very very quick, she is now my first choice for waxing, just brilliant at her job! The other staff seemed lovely too, had to ring & ask for directions and I almost had to rush the person off the phone because they were giving me such complete instructions! No complaints here, I'll deffo be back!!!

Went here on a Groupon deal for waxing. The receptionist was pretty short on the phone and quite cold in person. The customer service aspect of this was pretty unwelcoming.
The beauty therapist on the other hand was very efficient and precise with the treatment. Waxing is usually something I dread getting done but she was very good at showing me techniques to make it easier and less painful.
I would go back if I knew that I would get treated by the same therapist again but I think they need to have a look at their customer care on reception. The lady was very rude.

Had the worst customer experience service of my life here.
Reception staff are very rude and are completely uninterested in helping. At the consultation for Groupon laser treatments in Jan, I was told they have no appointments till May apart from a few weekday daytime appointments (I have a 8 - 6 job).
I was told they will call me back with an appointment. They didn't and when chased, the rude reception staff told me someone will call me back; no one did on 3 occasions!
After complaining, the manager was rude also! Assume the treatments are worse than the service going on other reviews!

I can't tell you how much I wouldn't recommend Depilex. After never having used an online review site before, I've signed up simply because I think its so important people are aware of the incredibly poor customer service, incompetence bordering on being dangerous & extreme rudeness. Unfortunately I bought a package with Depilex & have been forced to return on a number of occasions, every time there has been some problem, ranging from the receptionist slamming the clipboard on the desk, to the an incorrect record of my treatment being kept, to the wrong setting being used on a laser treatme

This salon is alright, some of the staff are great and some not so good. I had a Groupon voucher for hair removal and by the end, I honestly haven't noticed any difference. Every time I went to the salon they were ten minutes late treating me even though the therapist was sitting around chatting. I had to ask to start the treatment literally every time I went - not very pleasant!
On the other hand, one or two therapists were extremely skilled and nice.
All in all, I probably wouldn't recommend.
