What ever you do NEVER allow the old lady to come near you. I had a Hollywood done by her. She referred to my vagina as ‘your moon’, which I found highly unprofessional. She used only one type of wax, and kept on waxing over and over the same spot. I’ve never experienced pain like that in my life. It took her an hour to complete the wax. During this process she pulled my skin off. After all that torture I was left with hair - job half done.
I will never put my foot in that dirty, unprofessional little shop again. Can’t call it a beauty parlour as it’s beds separated with sheets. One more thing I find creepy is the man that’s sitting there.

Not sure what happened with the other reviewers, I've only had great experiences here. Been going regularly for over a year now. The ladies are very sweet, even if they barely speak the same language as me, and everything I've had done looks great. And so cheap!

Terrible customer service and useless at waxing, totally agree with the other review. Have been going to get my eyebrows threaded for a few years but today as I was leaving I heard the youngest therapist tell her friend that she didn't like me and that she only said goodbye to my baby because she liked my baby but not me. So unprofessional. Thought I would support this place as its local and run down -they look like they need the money - but seems they would rather not have too many customers. Wouldn't go there, no shortage of beauty palours around so no need to waste your money here.

Really unpleasant - had a full leg and brazillian which I completely regret - unhygienic, painful, took forever and came home to discover it wasn't even thorough. Wouldn't recommend....!!! :S
