Some selfish b****** stole the clamp securing my bike rack. I took it to Evans Cycles at Victoria and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The engineer found new bits and bolts and fixed the rack securely while I waited. He refused to take any payment and also gave me useful advice: fill up the bolts with glue to deter thieves. The shop also has a tyre pump outside and I pumped up my tyres while my bike was being fixed. Brilliant service. Thank you very much!

One word,
AVOID
Everything is wrong with this place. Customer service does not exist. Staff have no biking education so know nothing about the bikes other than to ask "how much do you have to spend" then find a bike that matches the cash in your pocket.
My bike was assembled 2 days late, since assembly i have had to return it twice due to it being built wrong. After the second time I went to another company to have it serviced and they were "BLOWN AWAY" at how poor it was put together. They had to change one of the tires because the wheel was installed wrong and caused the rim to bend and destroy the tire. The de-railer was installed so lose that i could only use 3 of the 18 gears!
In short every thing is wrong with this place, customer service, knowledge, repairs, building..
