Told me to go outside to change my tyre in the pouring rain having walked 3 miles with a puncture, watched me whilst they were fussing around the til in an EMTPY store as I struggle for 20 minutes whilst I tried to get the tyre on (I don't have much upper body strength. It took me an hour in total havign queued to beign with to change my flat. I then complained and after 1 month I still have't received a response. Will not shop at Evans Cycles EVER again - go to Cycle surgery down the road instead.
