Do not take such a large deposit before alterations and then take the rest of payment before alterations complete. On top of that alterations are charged for and not good. Dresses should be priced. Nothing under £150. Customer satisfaction was lost. Walked out of shop leaving £195 dress.

I completely agree with the other reviewer on this page; this shop is fantastic. The ladies who work there are so helpful andfriendly and nothing is too much trouble. I ordered four Bridesmaid's dresses from here and they arrived on time, in the correct sizes and colours, they looked fantastic and the very slight alterations to the length and top to make them fit perfectly are now being carried out. This shop will do fittings and pick-ups on Saturdays which a lot of bridal shops won't, and the after-care even once you've bought the dresses is fantastic - nothing is too much trouble for them. I knew the particular Wedding dress I wanted and it was a designer this shop doesn't stock or I would've bought my own dress from here too. I can't compliment them enough. They make you feel really special from the moment you open the door and buying from here is a completely stress-free experience.

i am so glad that my cousin spotted this shop.i didnt know it was there.i can highly recommed bromley brides.i only had about seven weeks to find a wedding dress and didnt realise that most shops like about 12 weeks to order it.i had visited several shops in the area which were not helpful at all and if i didnt have an appointment it was a sin. i thought oh my god is this what its going to be like .when i walked into bromley brides i was greeted by two lovely ladies who were so helpful and i could try on as many dresses as i wanted.that day i found the perfect dress with their help.thank you ladies and i will be recommending bromley brides .x
