I moved to UK in January and was renting in shared house and was not sure about security of my mails so I started the mailbox with Prime Secretarial. The services save me huge headache knowing mails were safe and I can collect whenever I want. I would recommend to anyone needing secure address.

I had an account setup with them for 27 Old Gloucester Street. The first 3 weeks I received nothing as they had messed up my account. Then I started receiving post for both myself and another person of the same name with an address at 483 Green Lanes, this went on for some tie even though I emailed them about this on numerous occasions.
When I went to cancel my account I did not get any responses to emails and the manager Mark Tassell never returned my calls. Still 3 months on after requesting account closure I am still waiting. non-existent customer care and the risk someone else might be receiving your post - Not worth the risk or the high costs
