Excellent local butchers and great value for money. I wanted to buy a chicken from the supermarket one day but they had almost run out so I tried H.A Smith & Son. I was very pleased with the taste/ quality as it was very soft and even my husband/children noticed it was a different chicken to the usual one I buy from the supermarket. It also costs about £1+ more BUT it is worth the extra as the taste is very noticeable. I always buy my chickens from here now. Always happy and friendly staff.
