Caffe Nero

The coffee was bitter, and not good. I live in Italy and not sure what Cafe Nero thinks is an Italian coffee but my cappuccino was bad. In addition, the bloke serving us was nice but poorly trained. He asked us three times what we wanted, and then asked repeatedly if we wanted a scone. Cutlery was given to us. No butter or jam was offered, we had to ask. He seemed so clueless. I asked him if it was his first day, his response, his first month. He needs to be retrained. Or perhaps he's not meant for this kind of service. If you enjoy Italian coffee, this is so not the place. Lacks any atmosphere.
