I visited Cafe Nero sited upstairs in the Next Store, Tandem Way, Morden. The toilet was disgusting. I don’t know if they have cleaning staff on site but the bins were overflowing, a shelf was full of discarded items including a used sanitary item. The toilet seat was wet. I complained to a barista and a gentleman who I think was a manager in Next. I hope someone attended to clean. Apart from being totally unacceptable and filthy we are in the middle of a Covid pandemic. If I was in a position to do so, I would close this coffee shop down.
