Station Treats

Hello there, I'm a daily customer that comes and enjoys your coffee on daily basis. Today I had the worst experience in my life with your staff. I've went and bough a salmon and cheese sandwich but when I was about to open and eat it I've noticed that the bread is quite hard and then checked the expiry date. When I saw what was written on it '' 2 I I . 02'' I was shocked as you can't understand what's written on it. I've went back to return it and ask if they can read it. The guy responded with yes I can it says 24th of feb. Which clearly it doesn't (I have a photo) and I asked him to return it for me as I'm not happy and I don't trust what he says. He became angry with me told me I shouldn't go in there anymore etc. It wasn't any of the normal staff (as I'm a daily customer I know them) But it's UNACCEPTIBLE to treat your customers like that. Train your staff properly I'm so happy with [regular staff] if they were on the tilt they would have returned the item and appologies for the inconvinience, but no your new guy or whoever he is had to tell me what I can and can't do which is totally inappropriate. Last thing label your food correctly and you're not gonna have this kind of issues at all ok :) I'm reporting the incident to food and hygiene inspectors as I don't think this guy realises how important! it is to make sure the labels are correct on food which contains fish and meat in it. It's a health risk and the lack of understanding this means that I need to report it.
