Great place to have coffee and an escape away from the high street. The main reason I choose this over Starbucks is because of the Customer Service - always very friendly and personable staff. I am not sure who the gentleman earlier was referring to but the Indian man that serves me is an absolute delight.

Comfortable couches and ample seating make this Costa quite a good little coffee place, as things go. However, the service can be variable. Drink-in coffees served in take-away cups and rubbish all over the tables on some days do detract from the mood. Staff are generally fine, although the young Indian fella that sometimes makes the coffees has no idea about customer service.
