I visited Porters last week for the first time, can definitely say I will be back! My lunch was spot on and the prices was extremely reasonable! I couldn't help noticing how clean and well presented the shop was. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Worst place ever. Hygiene is disgusting found a hair in my food. Complained and the staff we're rude and unhelpful! No gloves used for food prep and to top my visit off they ask customers inappropriate question including for their phone numbers! Not professional and I would not recommend!!!

I eat from this sandwich bar alot! There is a great option of food and it's all very fresh. I find it very welcoming when arriving at the shop as the staff are just fantastic and friendly! Not only is the food fantastic and the staff but iv never been to a sandwich bar where they get the filling inside spot on! I have worked all over London and other parts of the country and if there was a porters nearby where I was everyday I would be there 100%. If I'm nearby even 20-30 minutes away I will still opt for porters! 10/10! After reading the last review= complete rubbish! Highly reccommend!

I am forced to go here as where I work there isn't much around. Although the sandwiches are bulky they do vary on who you get to serve you

I have seen a server eat cucumber/tomato in the middle of making my sandwich. The same person is also very stingy on extras such as mayo and when you ask for me, simply rants "you will have to pay extra for that". For gods sake it is a small amount of extra mayo and not counting that I have asked for very little cheese

The servers also tend to banter amongst themselves with no customer interaction at all. They then ask you to repeat your order, even though you have told twice them already. If I say all the salad that does not mean exclude onions and when I ask for onions you get the hump.

The choice of fillings are adequate but could do with some extra options. Jacket potatoes are great, soup is out of a Heinz tin and breakfast does lack for the vegetarian (like fried egg sandwiches)

I am sick and tired of going to this place with such dire service that I am going to write a long letter to recommendations to the owner about how her staff should behave

Have your say
