when it comes to coffee, everyone is different. I like the taste of coffee but unfortunately the seasonal tiramisu frappuccino was not to my liking. All I could taste was just coffee. I guess I was expecting some finger biscuits, some cream cheese or whipped cream perhaps . I only wanted the staff to dispose of it as I didn't like it and ordered a hot chocolate( amazing, creamy,not to sweet just perfect, great taste). I have offered to pay for the hot chocolate and they didn't charge me for it. Great customer services, I felt very welcomed and the environment was lovely. All three members of staff were lovely, one of them allowing me to taste the powdered hot chocolate before he made it. All in all definitely recommend ☺️
