i have to state that although starbucks IS worldwide it is not the leading be all and end all in the coffee and espresso industry. they are, infact, NOT what espresso bars are. although they talk a great game they do not sell and reveal all what is happening in there coffee processing. do not be fooled, coffee is one of the biggest sprayed crops in the world. always demand organic and fairt-rade coffee.
i do not speak pout of ignorance, i own and have been fully trained in espresso for several years. we own artisan espresso, all organic and fair-trade and shade grown coffee. please demand it and don't accept what these people are trying to put as the norm.
