I think your wrong and very rude, the food is amazing, if you were a regular customer you would know the food is cooked daily and fresh, my husband and i have been going for years and the food and the atmosphere is always very pleasent.
We usually recieve complimentary drinks and arabic sweets after our meal, maybe you might need some manners before you comlain.
Really recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

My experience of this restaurant was not positive.
Suggestions for the owner:
1. Never shout at unhappy customers
2. Always serve fresh food
3. Make sure that hot meals are hot everywhere not just on the outside.
4. Try smiling occasionally
5. Take criticisms on the chin
