I had eaten at this place once or twice, liked the small cosiness of the place. Thought it would be a lovely place to hold my engagement.fiance liked it too..
met the owner twice beforehand to discuss food, arrangements decor etc... he seemed helpful enough.
On the day when we arrived.. the unblown balloons were left on the table.. whichh ve ended up blowing and sticking up...
the food did not come as was arranged.. we had to wait ages for it to be served..and then it was served cold...in the end my family started to help serve the food as they were taking too long....
the owner was just running around like a headless chicken not paying attention at all to what we had asked for.. the waitress.. only one, and the cook had not been told what we wanted..
we had to ask at least 4 times for him to get on with it.. and remind him, he was to serve drinks which he had forgotton.. yet all this was written down in his handwriting... he then left early leaving his uninformed staff to deal with our evening...
it was a shamble... they totally ruined our day, served us cold food, could not even serve 20 odd people properly... we were so disappointed and felt even worse for our guests ..
never again... they could have done a great job.. but they failed miserably... we vowed never to go there again and also let others know abt their service and customer satisfaction..

Best shwarma & falafel wraps i've tasted, always got lots of filling & they even deliver with a friendly service, can't get enough of it i could eat it everyday its so good!
The only negative thing i could say is when phoning in an order the telephone signal is really bad

I have been to Beirut Deli too many times to count and I am always very happy with my experience. The prices are very reasonable with a huge choice of food. There us plenty to choose from to suit everyones taste. I recomend the chicken liver, all the salads, especially the tabouleh, the baby chicken, grilled halloumi, also the humous beiruty is delicious. These are my personal favourites and there's just so much more to enjoy. The service & welcome you receive here makes you feel welcome and can't be faulted.
I have taken many friends here and they have all enjoyed it! Vegetarians are also very well catered for. So if you like middle eastern/ Lebanese food - try Beirut deli for a truly wonderful experience.
