Don't look anywhere else for the tastiest Naija food. Quality food at reasonable prices, and the quantities are great! Friendly staff and a homely atmosphere. I love this place. Couldn't fault it for anything so its a ten!

As there are job advertisements posted on the window, I imagine that the lacking customer service is partly to be blamed on under staffing. Despite this, the pricing is fair, unfortunately, because of the lack of customer service I was not able to order food and ultimately left. These are the key issues I had at Mama Cass:
Staff are unable to acknowledge customers upon entry.
Staff talk across the restaurant to customers.
Only one staff member was available to serve 10 customers who seemed overstretched and would benefit from supporting staff.
Lack of an ordering system.
