Jessops

The service here is terrible. I was only printing photos but the staff were very rude and unhelpful. I won't be going back.

On the Saturday before Christmas I phoned and asked for a popular often out of stock lens to be put aside, I checked it was boxed and sealed, they assure me it was and that they would do me this favour, I couldn't make it in until Wednesday. I phoned on Monday to make sure it was still put aside and to confirm my interest. Then on Tuesday I got a phone call saying the lens was faulty and they couldn't give it to me. How does a boxed, sealed lens in a store room get taken out, put on a camera body, and checked out to see if it's faulty, in the busy days before Christmas, if at all?? Clearly they sold the lens, then invented a bs story. I'll never use Jessops for anything ever again, disingenuous lots of swear words.

I've been to Jessops New Oxford Street many times to get my photos developed, and they are always kind, and my photos always come out earlier than they're supposed to which is always a bonus!

my wife and i bought a digital camera in Jessops new oxford street couple of weeks ago.
we asked for interest free credit options... I wish we never did... service was absolutly horrific... there were about 10 staff members and none of them knew how to deal an aplication form for a credit ... they were just running around the store asking each other what to do... manager useless Idiot... we spend two hours waiting for them to sort the problem and when they finally printed all papers and we sign them other block turned up and sad that there was a some mistake in contract and should do everything all over again... I thoght I would go mental... finnaly we left with a camera but guess what today they called us again asked us to come and sign some other papers.... will never ever buy anything from Jessops again
