Have been regular as the shop is the closest, but don't recall even once being in to the shop and being attended.
Staff always seems to be busy with themselfs rather with the customers and that was the sole reason my husband decided to buy his Canon camera from the shop located at Tottenham Court Rd.
Today we went again to Islington and wanted some accssesories for our camera, but yet agin no one seemed interested in "taking" our money.
So we spend them elswere, and will neiver go again back.

Just rang the shop to find out about my camera which I left to be repaired. An impatient person answered the phone and was in no way interested in helping out. After finding out what I asked he simply put the phone down without a goodbye or finding out if there was anything else I needed. This experience has left similar taste as the one left while visiting the shop a few days ago. At that time the shop was seriously understaffed and you had to wait more than 20 minutes to be served. There was a shouting match between a customer and one of the shop people after she accused him of having atittude problem (she needed help with the self photo machine, and he didn't think it was part of his job to help).
I only stayed there because I bought my camera there and needed to send it to repair through them. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed near them or with them.
Very rude young people working in that shop.

While visiting from Michigan, we had trouble with a brand new memory card, we bought in the states before our trip, with tons of memory to use for our trip. After taking two pics and reviewing them, we noticed the card was almost full! What! Right there on Upper street was a Jessops, we went in thinking we had to buy another brand new expensive memory card. When we explained to the clerk at Jessops, he said he can sell us a new card, or suggested some formatting of the card we had. He helped us out with that, and we were able to use the one card we arrived with. He was a huge help. Iam now home, waiting to print about 450 pictures, and thinking of that nice guy at Jessops. He was a huge help, knew what he was doing.
I highly recommend this Jessops for advise, help, and to purchase anything camera related.
Thanks Dude!
