they are lucky that there are not many cameras shops in London with competitive prices...
the one in Hammersmith is awful, the worst customer service ever!

Any business that does not pick up its phone is destined to fail. I was looking to purchase both a digital camera and handycam, the first name I thought of was Jessops, their failure to answer the phone means I am now going to spend my cash elsewhere....poor, very poor
