Visited Halfords Blackfen this morning to have indicator bulb replaced. A young man with long hair black earring face piercings attended to us.
He is a credit to Halfords he was polite,helpful and cheerful couldnt of asked for a better person to deal with us.If Halfords have any type of employee reward scheme he should receive it.
Sorry I didnt get his name. We have no connection whatsoever to this young man do not know him in anyway eg. Family or friend. We are just very satisfied customers with the service we received from him.
