Halfords

hi everyone,

I would like to review the particular Halford office, I should give the strongly negative mark to the service because of some reasons:

I left my bike there just with one problem - speed cable needed to be changed. They made me and my pregnant wife to get there during 3 weeks and the work was not done. at last, I asked them to give my bike in the condition I left them and they bring bike with the snapped cable. when I finally collect the bike I discovered (at home) that the speed switching mechanism was broken!

instead of repair my bike, they damaged some mechanisms of it and now I should buy the mechanism for £35.

I should underline, that the majority of their stuff are not professionals, they are liars and the service is terrible.

Please, take into consideration this case, while you decide to visit them...
