Sam was amazing, quick and efficient! ???

After one month waiting list, I finally drop on 17 May 2021 my bike for repair, and I specified only the back wheel needs to be fixed as it was veiled. 2 days later, I went to pick it up (call received - ready for collection) but they did the wrong repairs (not the back wheel) and wanted to charge me extra. After discussion with the manager, I left my bike once again at the store. 2 days later, received a call that the bike was ready for collection. However, at the store, the back wheel still was not repaired. On 17 June 2021, without any update I call the store, but they were unable to confirm/locate where my bike was. Decided to go directly at the store, the bike was in the storage room, back wheel still not repaired. They gave me another bill to fix the back wheel and confirmed that it will be ready for collection on 19 June 2021. However, I did not receive any call since
I literally do not know what to do…!! An absolute disaster… not professional and bullshitter. I do not recommend sending any bike or even less your car at Halford for checking or repair.

Today I have finished work at 2:30pm and as I was walking to get my bike I noticed that I have a puncher on my front wheel. I live in brentford and my work place it's just behind Selfridges. So I start walking, I had only £7 on me. On my way down I have tried to ask Cycle Surgery if they could help me, but he said the minimum they would take it was £12. I went to Joggers, he said £15. On my way I had last resold, Halfords, I went in and this lovely gentleman Will, said that he will do it for me. Great service! I can't thank him enough. I am finally home ;)

These guys are great. They genuinly work hard and fix things properly!

Looking up reviews of cycle locks, I came across a site with some negativity about Halfords, so I feel moved to speak for what may be a silent majority and say that at the Chiswick branch I have had nothing but excellent service, with staff going out of their way to explain and be helpful. Just yesterday, near closing time, a young man patiently mended my back bicycle light by creatively adapting a fitting, rather than follow the easy (and wasteful) solution of instantly trying to sell me a new one. I was impressed.
