Halfords

Visited Halfords in Purley on 6th January 2023 and parked my car at front of shop, Just got a parking ticket for £60.00. Expensive trip to Halfords.
Won't be using Purley branch again.

Warning other future customers that this is happening .
Just another scam income for Halfords

Daylight parking scammers. Unbelievable.

Went to buy few things for my sons bike ( didn't find what I needed) and get £100 fine for the parking... we just assumed that is free as in any Halfords store, so we didn't even look at any signage, but now looking at how many customers got a fine they should at least inform everyone about it. Very unhappy

ANPR PARKING*** I want to halfort on Monday spend £65 then 3 later got £60 tickets from parking there car park I want back ask the manager about the tickets they telling most the bay they don’t own it they can’t do anything manager and customer services was so rude

While I was there 5 or 6 cars probably got tickets

If you willing to pay for £60 or £100 extra on top off your bill then use halford

I normally use halford for car service yearly and buy lot thing from halford

I won’t be using them again

I hope in the future you'll help your customers not be fined for a visit. Until then I be use other company umar

Visited store for a Sat Nav - What a waste of time! Despite having large display (approx 7ft high and 6ft wide) it only displayed 2 sat navs! The stores total stock!!
To add insult to injury I now have a £100 car parking fine Despite parking in a parking bay. Apparently Halfords don't own the car park and don't seem to care what happens to their customers.
DON'T SHOP HERE THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR CUSTOM

Halfords on the Purley Way, do not own the car park and you might get a £100 fine. It made for a very expensive can of wheel paint. Avoid the store or visit by bus only. Even worse they know the problem exists and are happy to rip off customers!
