Bigland Motors

My car has a crack in the bumper caused by a work van trying to get into a gap! My insurance company sent it to Biglands for a repair.
Biglands were very professional on the phone and kept in contact with me. The gentleman who come to see the damage, collected and delivered my car was very nice and polite.

My car was delivered clean with the bumper looking as good as new. Very happy customer.

Bigland Motors is an establishment that has been an insurance and manufacture approved for several year and I must say when you go there and see the set up , cleaness , knowledge and work quality you will be amazed to see the high quality , no wonder they possess so many leading insurers use Bigland Motors

Staff and owners are superb and are always very polite and respectful, they strive on quality and all the paint scheme they use are manufacture approved and materials are of the highest quality

This garage is a rip off they give you one price at first then when you go to pick the car up its a completely different price and then they get all aggressive and loud if you don't pay avoid bigland motors

My father took his car to this garage and because he didn't understand much about cars they quoted him a ridiculous amount of money, they said it was non negotiable as he was getting a discount on the labour and the parts were expensive. I took the same car back a week later for the same fault and got quoted more than £2000 less than the original price, they didn't realise my dad had been a week earlier. When I asked why the price is different now the guy told me that he is a new owner. So apparently a new owner took over in the space of a week, didn't even change the name of the place and had the same workers in there. I don't believe the guy. The place is an absolute rip off, if you don't know about cars they will feed you any rubbish to extort you.

I have used Big Land Motors twice now, on both occasions I was very pleased with the results, I was kept informed throughout the repair and I would highly reccomend them.
